Our Team

  • Heather Fisher - Owner

Heather Fisher is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, licensed by the State of California.

Heather is native to the California Central Valley. She did a brief stint in San Francisco where she attended San Francisco State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management but quickly returned to the Central Valley and later simultaneously attended the Center for Advanced Legal Studies and Humphreys College Laurence Drivon School of Law in an accelerated program to earn her certificate in paralegal studies.

In addition to her work as a paralegal, Heather’s well-rounded background includes work with many large companies like Darden, Restaurants Unlimited Group, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and New York Life where she was able to learn and develop skills as a National Trainer, Subrogation Specialist, and Financial Planner.

But for all of the jobs that Heather has had throughout the years she credits her success as a private professional fiduciary to her most important job which is that of being a mom to two very active, and fast-growing boys.

In 2013 Heather had the unique opportunity to work with and mentor under Dr. Fred Isaacs of Isaacs Fiduciary Services, a company with over 30 years of experience specializing in difficult cases with clients suffering from a wide range of psychological illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse problems.

Following Dr. Isaacs retirement, Heather took over his practice and established Fisher Fiduciary Services, Inc. Since then, she has worked diligently to educate herself on the struggles of this underserved population and of the resources that are available to them. As a result, Heather is now one of only three California licensed professional fiduciaries that holds a Certificate in the Management of Special Needs Trust from the Center for Guardianship Certification.

Heather is always eager to both learn and to be a resource in her profession. To that end she spends a great deal of time volunteering in professional organizations such as the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, where she serves on the State Board, and the Estate Planning Council of Stanislaus County where she served in many roles including President.

Heather strongly believes that to deliver all around great service you must surround yourself with great people and that by building relationships with others in the field of Estate Planning, Eldercare, Behavioral Health, and so on, professionals are infinitely better prepared to provide the best possible care for their clients.
